How it all started...

It was the summer of 2020. Three best friends sat together, sharing a homemade gyros, crafted from scratch with the bold, authentic flavours of Greece and Cyprus. As they savoured each bite, a question sparked a dream:

"Why is it so hard to find a place that serves gyros and Mediterranean food this good?"
